Date of transaction: 8/3/2022 Amount Paid: $80.00 Business committed To: Provide diagnostics to determine what the issue was with the printer.Reason for complaint: Failure to refund diagnostics fee. First let me say that I support Small Businesses and will always give them a shot before attempting to reach out to the Big Box Stores. My experience with **** started out very pleasant as you would expect and after explaining my issue I set up an appointment to drop off my printer that day. **** informed me that it would be an $80 diagnostics fee (Cash or Check). I said I have no problem with that and paid him in cash without obtaining a receipt. I know, like I said I like small businesses. He said he would contact me the next day or the day after. Great I said, thinking this is great customer **********************. Three days went by and I decided to call him with no response to either numbers on his business card. No problem, I decided to wait until Monday, thinking I would give him more time to look at it. Monday came and the same results, no answer after leaving a couple of messages. Finally went to his office (Home) on Friday to retrieve my printer and my diagnostics fee. He answered the door and I got my printer but no refund. His reasoning for not giving me a refund was because he didnt look at my printer because it was behind other printers he was working on. I said fine, Ill report this to the BBB and YELP.

THERE IS NOT AN OPTION FOR NO STARS. We prepaid for a Plotter repair April 2023. Parts were having to be ordered since not in stock. Our staff was in contact with Alamo Printer Service. After multiple conversations of I don't know why parts aren't here, let me check, and other lines, their calls were no longer answered. When they could no longer get a response from APS my office staff contacted me to please try to see if he would answer the phone. He did. I spoke with APS and he was going to look into it because now he got parts, wrong parts were sent and was having to check back with them (assuming its the Vendor now causing the problems). He was going to have a meeting the first week of June and get back with an update. Nothing. I sent text message June 12 asking for an update. June 26 our Engineer asked for update. At this time he stated that he has now stepped away from his company. Again, not a phone call or any correspondence to even let us know that now we would not be getting our plotter fixed. He then requests to send us over paperwork to sign to get the refund process started. Which its a "Vendor Contract" and we paid Alamo Printer Service, not a Vendor. After many texts, and wrong email, he sent the paperwork to us for a "Vendor Contract". Again, we paid him direct NOT A VENDOR. We didn't have a contract when we paid him for parts/service and he was paid in full. Still today claiming, its policy. NO PARTS EVER RECEIVED AND NO LABOR TO FIX OUR MACHINE. We have already paid to have our machine fixed elsewhere and It was a quick simple process and we are up and running. ALWAYS CHECK THE BBB BEFORE YOU START WORK. SOMETIMES WHEN YOU GO TO LOOK, ITS TOO LATE AND YOU SEE YOUR NOT THE ONLY ONE AND ITS THE SAME EXCUSES.

    Good morning ,

so lets start at the beginning . Your boss hired me to come in and repair your plotter . I came in. Took a look at what needed to be done. Gave you a quote and offered you a maintenance agreement for one year. You read the contract you signed the contract and in the contract it clearly states where refunds came from and how they worked per our policy. It also stated everything about breach of contract regarding two reaching out to another company and having them come out to work on the machine without my knowledge . We came out to your location with all the parts. We installed all of the parts. I even showed you all of the parts before and after that were replaced. Maybe you dont remember that . We did not show up with your drum units for your ******* machine because your machine is old and those drum units are on back order and still are through my vendor . You requested a refund for those. I gladly sent you a refund request form for you to sign and go over that way you can get your refund process started. This is how my policy works with my company you sign the contract for refund and you would get your refund this way both of us have confirmation that a refund has been processed . Now you ended up telling me that you had somebody come out and take a look at the machine while you were under contract which means you are breach of contract. This means your contract ends immediately and no refunds or to be processed for that contract . You said I did not fix anything in your machine, which is a total lie. What did happen is you did not follow instructions after I replaced all the parts on your machine . Which I told you multiple times wants to contact your IT department and have them update your firmware and software. Which had to be done after the fact. You then proceeded to be the rudest, most unprofessional person Ive ever met . You called me weekly cussing me out, calling me names saying rude things about me and my company, and again just being very unprofessional. To which I stopped returning your phone calls and only answer your emails. So at this point in time you have already signed the contract for your refund and your refund is being processed. You on the other hand are being informed to not contact me or my company anymore, due to your horrible nature, in which you treat people . I will not stand for it nor put up with it. Your review is bogus, and I pray that anyone who ever works for you as far as a vendor runs for the hills.
