In all honestly I would not recommend ************************************** as a property manger. I hired him and his son 3 years ago for about a year and in the end my home was returned to me in a horrible condition. Not only was I not in the loop of the selection of tenants, structural changes were made to my home. Only after the fact was the sorry excuse of "there must have been a miscommunication."I was approached with a month to month agreement which the move out date was up until April 30, 2020. ************ failed to inform me that the tenants decided to move out 9 days into April and he would prorate the 9 days only and not the entire month. When I raised the disagreement he acted as if he was a judge and if this was brought before him as a judge. There would be no way a judge would allow a tenant to pay for the entire month and have only stayed 9 days. I had to remind him that neither one of us are a judge nor do we practice law. Then tried to direct me to his contract saying that he was capable of prorating rent. Yet in his contract he states that he will not prorate. (loophole) When I asked ************ why was I not informed that they was leaving, his response was another sorry excuse of he thought he told me. In all ************ compromised and agreed to pay me $1000 from the company basically the rent that was owed for the month of ****************** was unaware of the pet the tenants had, when I inquired about the pet due to my neighbor's informing because he had no clue. He asked me if I had any information about it. Later ************ claims after reviewing the file the tenants did pay for a pet deposit. Yet, balance sheets never reflected a pet deposit the entire yet.************ claimed he did a final walk of the house and said the house was ready to be relisted. The condition was great minus the preexisted damage which was minimal. That was a complete joke, and my home was destroyed ! If I could give no stars I would.
