I purchased the property from the bank through foreclosure which ************************ used to own. ************************ has continuously rented my property out without my knowledge and consent. ******************************* **********, the owner of Military Crash Pad, has listed my property (***** ************, ***** *******) on his website for rent multiple times since I have rightfully purchased the property through the bank. I have had to replace the door locks by a Locksmith after the first tenant was evicted, but somehow he managed to get in the house and rent it again without my knowledge or legal consent. As of today, my property is once again listed on his website. Even though his TREC license (#******* is inactive and is still advertising my property on his website (***************************************************). He has collected thousands of dollars off my property and pocketed it. I am the legal owner of this property, which does not belong to anyone else, not even the bank. I am not selling it to anyone at this time. Please take immediate and necessary action against this violation and this company

      Hello!

Bottom line upfront - Mr. ****** has no claim to this property nor does Military Crashpad. Military Crashpad manages the property on behalf of the owners, Buff Nerds LLC.

Mr. ****** mistakingly "bought" the property after the lender of Buff Nerds LLC (*************) tried to improperly foreclose on ***** Pecan Br. After months of negotiation, court dates, and arbitrage hearings, the lender has admitted their fault in the improper foreclosure and has offered a settlement agreement which restores full title back to Buff Nerds LLC. The settlement offer and initial email notification are attached to this property.

Mr. ******** claims are not true. He has never had possession of the property at ***** Pecan Br. He never had a locksmith change the locks. The tenants in Pecan Br (both military pilots attending training at ********************) have always been in that house and have not had any locks changed on them. Mr. ****** has attempted to file many complaints but has been unsuccessful in claiming a house that he bought through an improper foreclosure.

Buff Nerds LLC is in the process of refinancing the property at ***** Pecan Br to a new lender.

Military Crashpad does not own this property nor does it have this property posted on their website. Again, Mr. ******** claims are unsubstantiated and false. We are willing to provide more evidence if required.

I am rejecting this response because:

As a clarification ************************ is the owner of the Military CrashPad and Buff Nerds LLC. Military CrashPad has rented my property without my knowledge and legal consent and collected thousands of dollars from it. At first he denied that he has rented my property until I called the police and got the police report which was submitted to BBB. Please review the police report witch is a self explanatory. ************************ the owner of the Military CrashPad still hasnt returned any rent money that he has collected from my property since I purchased it. He stated that I dont have any claim on the property that I purchased and paid for it which is false. He also stated that the bank has admitted their fault in the improper foreclosure which is false, too and I would like to see any documentation that supports his claims. Im the legal owner of this property and the only one who can decide what to do with it and just for information the bank no longer owns this property. The Proof of the ownership is attached. I legally own this property and therefore entitled to all the rent collected by ************************ through the Military CrashPad since the foreclosure date which was 08/02/2022. To knowingly rent out a house and collect the rent that is owned by someone else is a crime, theft by deceit. I demand that all the rent money that has been collected by Military CrashPad from my property to be return to me immediately. Please let me know if you need more information.

      Regards,

      ***************************

At this point, I'm not sure what to say. We could go back and forth on this or Mr. **** could listen to what his lawyers are telling him which seems to be the same thing that our lawyers are saying.

************* has admitted fault in the improper foreclosure. They sold the house owned by Buff Nerds LLC illegally. Mr. *** bought the house at a foreclosure sale and thinks he has ownership of the house. The lender has come back and admitted fault and offered a settlement to Buff Nerds LLC and Mr. *** That settlement offer gives Mr. *** his purchase funds back plus some amount for damages and gives restores Buff Nerds to their position before the improper foreclosure. Buff Nerds will have 60 days to refinance the property.

Mr. *** has all of this information from his lawyer. He has been presented the same documents that I have provided to the BBB as proof. We understand that Mr. **** doesn't like this outcome but the truth is that he "bought" a property from someone who didn't have the right to sell it. Therefore, Mr. **** will not be getting this property.

I've attached the documents supplied by Buff Nerds for reference again. At this point, we're waiting for the lawyers to finalize the settlement. Buff Nerds LLC will keep their house and will refinance it and then continue to rent it because it is their house.

All other claims by Mr. *** can be handled by his lawyer if he chooses. We are not your enemy. ************* is. Good luck.
