  New address is XXXXX County Road 344 Terrell, Texas XXXXX Owner ricardo ****** XXX XXX-XXXX he allowed me to leave items in boxes, 2007 chevrolet silverado truck, items in truck- home decor, brand new mens blue jeans, home furnishings, linens all in excellent condition, lots of tools, 2 commercial ladders, dolly, flatbed trailer, on his commercial property, and (200 Porsche Boxster another horrific story within itself) Two times I went into property with permission to get a couple of boxes from storage unit due to candles melting, while on site my truck, my flatbed, my items, were there, giving no cause for alarm. I started to receive bills from NTT roads, already have several bills, raising red flags quickly. When I questioned him his demeanor changed drastically causing reason for alarm. I hired a tow truck, got truck delivered to me but no title as I had left it, ricardo finally disclosed he had changed title in his name. A title not signed, I have copies, pictures of everything, I proceeded to call Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, was told he had falsely submitted, signed an heirship affidavit, falsely submitted,signed a gift affidavit, falsely submitted a signed title, commiting forgery, perjury under oath because documents were notorized, documents are being requested from Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. Truck is completely damaged,wrecked, trailerbed, items from truck he still has. I have asked him to return all items amicably but he seems to have stolen items for his remodeling business, truck, flatbed trailer, items, are at a complete loss. His business actions done in the secret place have come into light exposed by Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, I am demanding compensation for all items totaling more than $20,000.00 for loss of my items. I have documents, pictures proof of his forgery, purging, stealing items for benefits of his business bliss remodeling llc ricardo ****** owner. I will submit documents from TDMV when received.

  Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/07/15) */ This person is trying to scam money off of me taking advantage of the death of my uncle and the good faith we had to help her. She is now becoming a nuisance. Our business does not do business with any individual directly. This is a family matter and therefore should be dealt with through the proper channels where she will be served from our lawyers on several matters. Consumer Response /* (3000, 18, 2022/07/31) */ Case# XXXXXXXX bliss properties- Concerns of fraudulent, forgery, perjury under oath were submitted to our Congressional Leaders, information of criminal activity was reported to local law enforcement, law enforcement took reports,documents wil be accessible to download to submitt to TX TAG,and all other agencies, photos of driver to prosecute, truck was taken without permission for his business use, flatbed ricardo stated is destroyed, sold for scrap metal, items in truck rain got on them which can easily be wiped off or dried, submitting documents as I have been instructed by law enforcement, since I am still receiving bills from tx tag, committed by bliss properties/ricardo ****** unlawful activity using my account my deceased husband's name under my accounts, disrespecting my deceased husband's name for any reason.I do no need his money, but I will not allow criminal activity using my accounts to go unnoticed or without ricardo ****** paying for his actions called consequences when you break laws, and choose not to abide by laws. Truck had about 95 to 98,000 miles, presently more than 350.000 plus miles, truck must of traveled to Mexico and back, we will communicate with United States Homeland Security. Congressional Leaders are also concerned about his actions along with his bliss properties llc business actions. We have real estate agents who deal with our customers. Once again this is a family dispute that is being dealt with as our lawyers have all documentation showing that ***** **** is trying to take advantage of the death of my uncle. Wich I have documentation showing I took care of all final expenses. This is a matter that should be dealt with in civil court and not the bbb.
