Came the day after hurricane on July 9th. Inspected but could not do anything untill the tree was off my home and our power was back on. . Daniel is polite, appeared very knowledgeable and efficient. Service required a whole crew to repair part of the AC. Once power on BVS had to order parts but BVS did provide window units untill it was. Daniel did a wonderful job installing parts, rechecked all before he left. BVS always answers phone or responds promptly. We have used BVS for many years. While not perfect we feel a good choice to have a long term customer relationship with. There are however fees associated with parts under warranty which was NOT pleasant and surprising. But we trust them and always get a response and efficient workReview from Hannah H

My wife and I have been clients of Brazos Valley Services for over 20 years, and they have always been very friendly and professional. We are currently vacationing in Kentucky, and when our son called this afternoon to tell us about the air conditioning not cooling, we called them, and within 2 hours, our good friend Brad Bryson had it running, and cooling our house! BVS responded to my call within the hour! Daniel accessed the system and quickly corrected the problem. We are very happy with the service we receive through our membership including twice a year AC maintenance on our three units and new high quality equipment when necessary. Service was Outstanding! Able to get an appointment right away because my AC was not working. Even though the repair techs were booked, tech that diagnosed issue arranged for the repair to take place within days. In the meantime, they let us use a window unit so we could at least have AC in main our bedroom FREE OF CHARGE! Also, this company offers a very low cost maintenance service to ensure the AC unit is fully inspected twice a year, which can prevent further costly repairs, or in our case, will help prevent being without an AC for days during our hot spring and summer days. I would and will recommend this company. Thank you for the great service!
