Sept 22, 2023 bought camper for $22,333.76.Have proof tires were warped and dangerous to drive before leaving the lot. Sept 25 & 27 had tires blow on camper while traveling across the country. Paid $695 to have camper ready to go when arrived including being cleaned. Dead frogs were found, sewer pipe was unusable had to have replaced. Was reimbursed for sewer pipe. Refusing to pay for tires that we should have never been allowed to leave the lot. Sent all receipts for tires and then a month later after they refused to give me an answer said it wasnt their problem. HORRIBLE customer service.Business response

***************** came to Seguin RV and purchased a used travel trailer. This was sold AS-IS. She signed a document stating AS-IS. The ****** family was offered a road and tire warranty to which they said no. The ****** family was informed that used tires on a ******************************************************************* tires, they said no. ***************** has not turned down an opportunity to say no. Once they left and were driving in the ***** desert with 100+ temperatures a tire failed. They replaced ONLY ONE and continued on until another tire failed. We did all we could to give them advice that they refused to take and now want us to buy them tires. ***************** should have been more open to good advice. She did have a plumbing issue that was our fault and we paid for it to be corrected. ***************** refuses to take personal responsibility for her decisions. We are not buying her tires as this is her responsibility.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The trailer was 1 year old and extremely dangerous to drive. I am not a tire expert nor should I have to be! Also, we paid an extra $695 for everything to be ready to travel and this was not true. I will be letting anyone and everyone to never buy from this establishment! According to reviews in the last month we are not the only victims of this business! **************** is horrific.

Used tires are not guaranteed, customer signed AS-IS documents and refused to purchase a warranty to cover this. **************** is responsible for her unit. Attached is a document with her signature stating that we do not owe her anything after the sale and her signature on a AS-IS form. These are the terms she agreed too.Initial Complaint

I purchased a new ** from Seguin RV on 8/5/2023. They would not allow me to see the ** before I bought it and I see why - The shade is broken and the wall is caved in due to moisture (it seems) - I noticed these issues within hours of it being delivered within a week of purchase. This dealership continues to refer me to other places and will not fix the issues. I am an elderly man and do not appreciate this dealership taking advantage of me.Business response

To whom it may concern,
***************** purchased an RV here at Seguin RV and had it delivered two hundred miles away to ********, *****. He contacted us about the issue regarding his blind that had come lose. Attached is the form Mr. ******** signed that clearly states we do not provide ************. ******, our service Manager, has gone out of her way to assist Mr ************** by hiring, at our expense, a local mobile tech to help him. During this time ****************** has been disrespectful to all the people involved in this matter. He seam to feel as if it his duty to insult others as they attempt to help him. See the except of the last email he has sent to *************
" I fear your tenure at Seguin RV will be short-lived. Your communication skills are exceptionally substandard. As a bank president, I would terminate you immediately for such insensitive and unprofessional emails. You should rethink your career and perhaps move out of the client care field. I will wait - with bated breath - for your next illuminating email!"
This is just the tip of the iceberg with him and I refuse to allow any customer to insult, demean or bully my employees. Because of his action we are no longer available for servicing his trailer. I have suggested that he change his methods with the next dealer for a more favorable outcome. He does have another dealer that is much closer to his current location he can take the trailer to.
If ***************** will give a verbal apology to all employees involved he can bring his trailer to us provided he is able to keep his actions and language socially acceptable. We will no longer facilitate a mobile repair under any circumstances. He will need to abide by the agreement signed. These are the only conditions we will accept.

Bought an ** from Seguin RV on 1-8-21. It had some broken items that they were going to replace. These items have not been replaced or repaired for a year now. The ** was dropped off at Seguin RV in December 2021 for these repairs and other warranty issues. Seguin RV has not completed the repairs and has not returned our ** for 3 months now. The ** also received more damage from their staff while there that has also not been repaired. We would like for Seguin RV to pay off the ** so they can just sell it whenever they decide to fix it.Customer response
