Thursday May 30 I bid and won an Auction from *** mini storage after winning and paying online fees I received a contract through email. Friday may 31 I arrived at the facility to ****** and clean out the unit I won. However when I arrived no one was at the business and a phone number was posted to call for remote help. In my contract it is stated I have 72 hours to clean out and pick up the items I won. Pickup deadline is 06/02/2024. I drove out to the city of Seguin, Tx nearly an hour away from where I am. Unfortunately i was obligated to call the phone number posted to have Manager **** answer and treat me very hostile I was told no one would help me out & my unit would be confiscate from me because i was being difficult, I asked to speak the owner for the business and was declined that information more than 10times. I was told the unit would be given to the next person who wanted it because I didnt show up in the morning when he was there. ********************* up the phone with me three times & stopped answering after I let him know I would file a complaint. I left the facility without any sort of resolution for my problem or assist from the *** mini storage business. I feel very disrespected from this transaction.Business response

We truly understand the frustration when things do not work out smoothly as businesses from time to time could have a unfortunate mishap. We held a 2 week auction via storageauctions.com and our process is to call all winners shortly after it ends and we receive the finalized invoices and arrange a meeting in the Morning or Afternoon to get the information and situated so they can access the Storage Unit. I attempted contact Thursday 5/30 and Friday 5/31 and ****** was able to contact me Friday 5/31 in the afternoon, I truly believe this was miscommunication and could of been avoided with a quick phone conversation instead of bombarding the phone lines preventing us from working and being difficult since we were all contracted through Storageauctions.com not through our Management Software.

I am rejecting this response because:
A contract was provided to me with specific instructions & I did not at any point follow through. AS for the company AAA mini storage they didnt comply with it. The unit I payed for was taken away & I havent received a refund. I would like access to my locker or I will pursue legal action. Thank you
