Our air conditioner was not working for a while. We decided to shop around air conditioner business and compare orices and quality and warranty. We called Beyer Boys in *********** **. They offered a couple of air conditioners that sounded efficient as we thought. They concentrated on one specifically called Daikin a Japanese brand that cost ****** thousand dollars. It woukd be efficient with good warranty. We decided for this system but they did not examined to us how this efficiency would work. They set up the system temperatures as they pleased not the way we wanted. The temperatures in the house runs at 76 to 78 degrees in The evening specially at this high temperatures. We cannot control the temperature. They said that this is how the system works and they won't changed it . Of course they worry about their warranty which is 10 years. We have called on numerous occasions and they sent technicians that pretend to do something but the system remains the same. Some of their technicians are not even familiar with this specific airconditioner. We are very frustrated as they seems to be completely untouched and willing to at least compromised. The temperatures ran at its highest in the evening when the fan not the air conditioner comes up. It goes thru the evening until morning when the actual airconditioner comes up until 3 in the afternoon. We have to buy fans in order to keep cold. We have no control over the temperature gadget. They set the temperature not us and don't want to change it. We feel tricked and fooled by this company. We want avresolution to this problemBusiness response

this is not for Beyer Mechanical. the company you are trying to make a complaint against is Beyer AC and Heating. Beyer mechanical does not do residential work nor does any work for this customer.Business response

Please send this complaint to Beyer Air Conditioning. This is a separate company from Beyer MECHANICAL.
Baeyer Air conditioning records show The customer is not following the manufacturers operating instructions. -Per customer demand- removed surge protectors and leave the fan on all the time. ********** informed her this is against our recommendations and informed of potential growth issues, however customer stated "its her unit". We are not responsible for growth issues.
