On 11-11-20 Rite Fencing Company installed back yard fence at my residence ***************************************************************** with a 5 year warranty. Some of the boards are bowing and the gate that was installed won't close because the boards are also bowing. I have been trying to contact ******************************* with no success. I have left voice mails and text messages and no response. The reason I didn't report this within the year is because the wood was still good and not bowing until early 2022.Initial Complaint

We hired Rite fencing so they can do the backyard fence in June 2021. We gave them half of the total amount on the proposal for the materials. Once my pool was finished being built, rite fencing was to come and put ** the fence. ** November 2021, we called them to let them know we were ready for the fence to be done. We found out that ***************** passed away by his daughter, but the family business has continued. *************************, his wife, called us and said she would talk to her employees and get back with us. We have continued to contact them multiple times and we have not heard back. At this point I want my money back ($2,880) because I dont trust they will do the job.
