      They came knocking on my door and I actually signed up for a year service. Never even showed back up. keeping an eye on credit cards. looks like it's a scam company.

      Scam They do not do a good job and when questioned about their inefficiency all they say is we can send someone out to do the same thing that didnt work the first time or wasnt even done. I asked to cancel and was told no and I would be charged up to 80 % remaining I asked for a manager and he refused saying that there was no one higher than him yet he wasnt a manager I highly recommend white knight

      No stars. The worst business i have ever dealt with. Their product was ineffective and when i tried to cancel the service, they threatened to withdraw the remainder of the contract from my credit card. DO NOT hire this company.

      Stay clear of BRD PEST SOLUTIONS! The sales rep dropped by my house & talked us into getting this service, saying that they treat for chiggers, spiders & all.. said that try them out & if we didnt like their services give them the boot. He said it was 49$ for fist visit then 130$ bi monthly after, had me sign his tablet NEVER telling me that I was entering in a year contract, NEVER Letting me read anything a ***************** came out less then a week later BUT didnt do anything, he said he sprayed, dusted & was here all of **************************************** anything .. ABSOLUTELY no evidence of him doing anything.. so the next day I called BRD to try & cancel the ************** told me I needed to talk to a account manager, he tried to offer all kinds of stuff STILL NEVER telling me it was a contract. Another guy was supposed to come out again a few days later but never showed so I call again & they said he was a couple of houses away, I just said I wanted council, he said again I needed talk to account manager but never did he supposedly council for that ********** but I just dont think thats true. I called yesterday to try & council again for the 4th time the account manager after going through all his offers then stated the the conciliation fee was 80% of 649$, I explained that I couldnt afford 130 bi monthly or any of it but they tacked that on my owing bill & gonna try & take 649$$ out of my bank WHAT SHOULD I DO?? I can not afford this & they do no disclose everything upfront, they are ripping ppl off for services that are no good & their guys DO NOT do anything that they are suppose to..

      This place is a scam. Wanted a one time service they somehow convert it to a year contract. Their manager ****** in the ****** would not cancel!

      Extremely unprofessional management and makes it impossible to not renew your contract. I attempted contacting them for months via email, text, and calling - they would tell me theyd cancel and then not - they would come up with excuses why they couldnt cancel. It felt very much like a scam at the end. We were with BRD for a year. Their technicians are so nice and professional, however- its a shame the account manager, *****, is so unprofessional. When our year long contract was up, I tried for months to make sure it was not renewed. I called, texted, and emailed- all of which went unanswered. Whenever I called, the rep on the phone would tell me they dont have permission to cancel my account, and they need to have me speak with an account manager, who was never available and never called back. After I expressed in writing and via phone I did not want to renew, they ignored all of that and scheduled another service to my house and charged my card again. I called them that morning for the 4th or 5th time, and demanded I speak with an account manager now. I finally was transferred to this account manager, and he also tried to explain why he couldnt cancel. At this point, it is unethical for a company to make it so difficult to cancel your account. I expressed to him this has taken so much of my time already, and I need him to finally just cancel once and for all. Instead of being professional, apologizing, and being sincere, he said, well Im sorry you had to take 15 minutes out of your day. Just extremely unprofessional management and poorly run company, which is a shame because the young technicians and salespeople who go door to door are very kind.I would highly recommend for anyone to look elsewhere for your pest control services if you dont want to be locked into a contract where you have to spend hours over the course of months to cancel.
