      Our issue is with utterly incompetent repair techs and low standard of quality repairs from Crestview. Over the years we have brought our RV's to them for repairs multiple times.We bought a 2020 fifth wheel from them in June of 2021. The day we were scheduled to pick it up, I get there and ended up waiting almost 3 hours in the parking lot because they had not even mounted the hitch before I even arrived, and in their haste, raised the front and bent the rear levelers (for which I had to bring it back again to replace those).During our first trip in it, the fuse blew to get the front legs up while we were hooking up. No big deal. The next trip we took, fuse blew again, this time I had to hand crank the front of our brand new trailer just to get it up to connect to leave camp. So this time we called them to bring it in to see what was wrong. They thought it was a bad switch and replaced it (which they made me pay for) to address the blowing fuses. Next trip...here we go again. Brought it back a THIRD time. They told us one of the legs was bent causing the stress and replaced it, (which I had already told them because it was already evident as you could visually see it). My guess is that they bent it when they bent the rear levelers before we even got it. So they replaced the leg, but oddly enough, not the leg that looked visibly bent. Then, had the audacity to charge it under my warranty bc they said I should have brought it in sooner. Weekend campers do not camp every week. It can be sitting months at a time. Now, go to get it out of storage a week ago and the leg gears are stripped out. We have had this quality of work with them multiple times. We had them fix some damage on our old camper that when I picked it up was pouring rain so I wasn't able to inspect it until I get back to storage to see that it literally looked the same as when I brought it in, (photos of that repair). Just poor work. There is not enough characters to expand on ALL the other times..

      *************** and myself had a good conversation this morning and have agreed that mistakes have been made by Crestview Rv and even the manufacture in regard to his RV.

      Both are in agreement to mutually satisfing solution and both have agreed to keep in contact on the progress.

      **************** has purchased three units here and is a valuable customer. **************** was encouraged to attempt a 'speedy' resolution to the repair so all parties would feel satisfied that all is 'good'.

      I took my ** into Crestview in *****, ** for repairs in April of 2021. 15 months later, my ** is still there with no communication what so ever from the shop with any updates on repairs. I have attempted to contact them and get updates. One time I was able to talk to ****, who stated the ** got lost in the cracks and he was sorry. He advised us and gave us his word that we would get contacted back with update. They were waiting on warranty claims. I am paying for an ** that was purchased in 2019 and I have not been able to enjoy for so long now because the dealership and shop has failed to resolve our issue. The lack of communication from the is extremely sad and disappointing. I need updates! I need my ** back or money back! I need help to get something resolved ASAP! The fact that in 15 months crestview did not call at least one time is not ok! My husband was stationed in ******** and we are now in a different state making it hard to go in person. I would really appreciate any and all the help!

      I bought a 2021 Keystone Springdale 301TR on January 27, 2021 at Crestview ** Superstore in *****, **. We made our 1st trip on April 9, 2021 to ************, ** and on our way out there I noticed a big bubble on the driver side panels. I stopped on the side of the road to try and fix it and called Crestview to advise them of the problem, which they agreed to fix it since it was still under warranty. The bubble got worse to a point that the insulation started flying out (pictures sent to Crestview). I took the ** for repairs on April 12, 2021 and it has been there ever since. I have been in contact with them and with Keystone direct since the service department keep telling me that every time they order parts they arrive damaged. It is August 31, *********************************** their lot waiting for parts. I have missed several trips "not to mention is has cost me a lot more money every time I've had to rent hotels for my trips (besides making the monthly payments).
