I took my car to get serviced on 11/16/2023.The issue my car had was it was needing a new alternator. They replaced it . Then once I drove it the next day my car was smoking and the water pump was going off . It wasnt in a safe condition to drive . I tried to tell them that this wasnt an issue before I took the car to them. They simply stated there was no way that could have been caused by their business . They failed me as a company because I paid almost $600 . Then all of sudden my water pump does not work anymore . The company suggested I would have to pay more to get the water pump replaced . Worst experience ever .Customer response

In response to customer complaint that our company somehow damaged the water pump by replacing the alternator. That is not possible due to the fact that replacing the alternator has nothing to do with the water pump besides removing and installing the belt and that would never cause a water pump to go out unless it was already on the verge of failing. In which case we could not have predicted a failure like that. I understand the suspicion when it comes to having one thing worked on and having something else go wrong and in some cases it might be a valid complaint but in this case it is purely coincidental. If we had for one second been doubtful that it could have been caused by us we would have made it right. We did go above and beyond by towing her car to our location at no charge and performing a ******************* service at no charge because we wanted to give them a break. We do not feel that we owe this customer a refund due to the reasons outlined above.Customer response
