Unfortunately I was lied to about the cost. I used my insurance and paid too, they assured me I wouldnt owe anything else as I asked several times because I got a retainer until I got my crown. They assured me again I would not owe. Only to get a bill for $521! I was lied to by the office manager too. I still have the voicemail saved. Once I complained she said shed let me know, I called 2 weeks later still nothing. Finally got the voicemail a month later. Nothing resolved. They lie to make people pay for services they know they will bill you for. I also said I was unhappy about a crown I had previously there and didnt want the abutment showing but of course it is just like the one I am unhappy about. How do they get by with these type of services when you pay so much to have a nice healthy smile!Totally unacceptable!

My wife had her upper teeth extracted in 2013 and a denture. Lower BACK teeth extracted and a partial made. Fast forward to November 2021 my wife started having jaw pain. She went to a corporate dental practice Aspen Dental against my advice because they promised her care credit for low income. Reminder she had NO back teeth. Her jaw was hurting she didn't get care credit. So they extracted 2 front teeth of the 6 she had. Dr Varia did this to her. She was constantly crying and said it felt like her jaw was broken and they refused to see her again so I called the office manager and told them to get her back in there, her dad paid for the first visit a panoramic X-ray and 2 extractions we paid for the next 2. The second visit they pulled another tooth. Jaw swollen, couldn't eat or drink and she was crying her jaw felt broken. By this time she was in so much pain she couldn't eat or drink or talk. She lived in Oklahoma it was driving to Sherman TX for this greedy corporate dentist. I called again as I pulled this dentist license off the TSBDE and discovered she has only been a DDS since 2019. So I demanded to that office to get her with another dentist. They got her with another dentist this dentist saw what set off alarms and sent her to an oral surgeon. This visit send her to an ENT. March 25 she was supposed to have a tumor per he OS and the the 3rd visit 2nd dentist found removed but she ended up with pneumonia so had to cancel. Had a CT scan at the hospital March 25 they sent her home with oral antibiotics. April 11 she was worse so I told her go back to the hospital she needs IV antibiotics. April 17 she died of Jaw Cancer and this dental practice failed her. She did not have to suffer for 5 months begging for answers.
