              I was paying mother's hospital bills $100 per month since September 2023 via the "mailed bills to online site". The bills stopped coming, and online didn't send receipts. Amount still owed. Tried to call to get access to finish paying. Reps for hospital were rude, kept sending me to other places or said they didn't know, unless I wanted to pay over the phone. I did not. I wanted to pay online. Work full-time, don't have time to talk on phone. Hospital also said last visit hadn't been billed yet. Waiting, waiting......I call ***** number with customer account? number, they left a message with that. They can't find it. Then give number for DEBT COLLECTION agency. I said not calling debt collection. Will pay directly to hospital if I can get someone to help me get online. They said call main number. I did. No call back from business office. Hospital fault they didn't get paid. They won't LET ME PAY. Waiting for ability to pay online like I was doing ********** should not have Stain on credit because WNJ can't get payment options organized. Waiting still........

              I would give ********************************************* hospital sherman,tx a zero if that was possible . My daughter went into the ** very sick. Nurse ************** was rude and indifferent. At the nurses station doing nothing. One of my daughters diagnosis was ******* making het a high fall risk they did not check on her for hours and they allowed her to leave the hospital and drive herself home. Totally incompetent. Then on top of that the ** doctor did not call in her prescriptions. She called them and the nurse just called her back and they will only call her in antibiotics and refuse to call in the script for the vertigo
