Joshua explained cost would be $24/gallon and anticipated my job would require 10 gallons. He committed to call me if he reached 15 or 20 gallons. He never called me claiming his phone was dead and instead spoke to my wife who did not have any history with out agreement. NOTE: I spoke to **** and signed his agreement. He claimed he notified my wife when he reached 20 gallons and continued with work. Upon return from her one hour appointment, **** claimed he used another 100 gallons! He did not offer a method to confirm his claims. I spoke to him twice indicated this initiate proposal was significantly low, ie, the final amount is 14 times the actual amount. As a small business owner myself, I told him he should have know the extent of material needed (and corresponding cost) for the project. He had not sound response to this challenge and threatened to file a lien on my home. Be aware - **** is a scammer.Initial Complaint

05/21/2022 Joshua ********************** was going door to door soliciting work. We greatly underestimated the cost by thousands we paid $19200.00. It rained that nite and the next day there was a 10 foot section washed away he said he would repair it but would cost us more money not standing behind his product. The following morning another individual showed up and sprayed half the drive claiming to be the brother of Mr. ********************** it was a scam after he left a week later Mr ********************** showed up and resprayed the entire road. Several months later it rained and more sections of the road washed away could not contact Mr * ********************** for months finally contacted his dad he came over inspected it and told me they would respray it when the weather was warmer it that didn't work he would re chip pave the drive. Several weeks later contacted * ********************** he came over but tried to sell ** more product by paving the entire drive for $45,000.00. We told him we would not spend a dime more on the drive and he left does not answer phone .Initial Complaint

Have a signed contract with this gentleman with a 5 year warranty for my driveway that cost $3840.00 for which I paid in full in cash on the 18th of May 2020. It has been steadily breaking down over the months and I have been trying to get in touch with this gentleman to no avail. He fraudulently represented himself and the product is worthless.
