  On or about December 16th 2021, I *********** ******* bought a 2001 Chapparral Signature 240 boat and trailer from Brandie S***** at El Dorado Rv and marine located at ************************, *******, TX ***** I was told by Brandie S**** a title for boat and trailer will be sent to me in the mail. I received the Boat title and never received the trailer title, now I have a boat and trailer I can't sell together. I've filed a police report, criminal charges where not filed by officers. The vin number information is missing from the trailer, maybe stolen. Police report for boat ******** Filed 8/30/2022

  Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/11/03) */ ***Document Attached*** Response from the owner2 days ago First and foremost you PARTIALLY purchased a Great Boat at a Great price on 12-16-21, You were also given for FREE a older transport trailer, you were not charged for the trailer in any way nor were you charged any taxes or registration for the FREE transport trailer. You also did not have enough money to complete the sale of the boat which you stated you would pay balance in 3 weeks, well it took you over 5 months to finally finish paying the full balance, we transferred the boat and paid the taxes at that point. We were charged LATE fees by the State , which you refused to pay me and told me to pound sand ! Then you called up 9 months later making threats and demanding we give you a title and Registration for a trailer that was given to you for FREE and never charged you a dime. We told you that you could file for a home built registration since the VIN number was not visible and you can see in the pictures that it has been worn and corroded on galvanized frame over its use for last 20+ years . The sheriff also told you the same thing but you REFUSED to listen to police or me much like you have done since day 1 of this transaction. Now you have defamed my business with Libel and Slander knowing what you wrote is NOT True and neglected to tell the whole story. Mr. ******* has tried to get anybody and everybody involved with this situation. He has continued to try to use the BBB, Tx Dept of motor vehicles and the Grayson county sheriff office to harass our business. We have been cleared by everyone so far with no wrong doing on our part. Mr. ******* is a convicted felon and has been in trouble with the law on multiple times. He has used your agency as well as the state and county agencies to commit slander and liabel against our business and we are weighing our options for legal intervention in this matter. This Company has committed fraud and sold me a boat and trailer and acts like they did me a favor by lieing to me now I have a boat on a stolen trailer that I'm afraid to take off my property. If they where a upstanding company they would attempt to make it right with me for failing to complete my title registration obviously they didn't own the trailer they sold me, bad business and they will be sued for multiple damages soon.
