  Moved in home 2019. There was a leak in my kitchen ceiling. The ceiling caved in and was told it had something to do with the ac. The ac outside unit had to be replaced within first year. My air has stopped working over 4 times. Had ac repair come out and worked on the faulty install. He said it was the worst install hed ever seen. Workers came in repaired wall. A different color paint was used. It looks terrible. There is a big crack in living room tile floor. I asked over and over for it to be fixed. I was told someone is coming out every time I asked about it. Nobody came. There is still a huge crack in my floor. The electrical has been a problem since day 1. Every breaker tripping and bad. Ive had almost everyone changed out. I now am having flickering light. This is a fire hazard. The upstairs alarm has been changed multiple times for beeping. Its hard wired. I am having electric come out next Monday. My microwave and dishwasher had to be replaced only after 4 years. I dont know the cause of that. The carpet upstairs is of the cheapest quality. There are lumps where it wasnt pulled tight and holes from wear. My master bathtub had to be pulled out to correct a leaky drain due to poor installation. Missing grout in bathroom no caulk around tubs. Forgotten fixtures everywhere. The house paint job outside and in very poor. You can see the seems from cheap paint on the outside. Chipping all over house. Half the house was not insulated. He did have that fixed as far as I know. The incorrect dryer vent on roof has caused leaking and ceilings caving in. The roof is being replaced as I write this. Half my sprinkler system is broke. It does not work properly. He was told and never resolved the issue. Nails sticking up indoor stairs. My granddaughter ripped her knee on one of them. He was told and it was never handled correctly. I still have nails sticking up. Kitchen cabinet doors shows cracking.

  I purchased my home on December 24, 2021. I have been here for five months now and have submitted a punchlist over six times. I believe that since I am a single woman, I am being pushed aside as Mr B******** continues to build new homes. I need an electric line dropped in the garage that I paid for in December. I need major yard work done since irrigation was a known problem on builder's side since he had already been threatened by a lawyer previously. One water faucet doesn't work - the other isn't even attached. On and on and on. It is terrible and there has been no communication after countless attempts. Now the concrete in front is crumbling. It is awful and I have now discovered that this is pretty much Mr. B******'s routine. He absolutely sucks and even if nothing gets fixed, I don't want anyone else going through what I am going through. I have copies of emails and plenty of pictures if needed.
