I went to work with Jus Neet Transportation Llc Nov 30 2022 ended sevices with a qritten resignation on Dec 27 2022 before the 31 day escape clause went into effect. I recieved $1190 for work. And was not paid untill 45 days after start date. I should have recieved $4558. They refuse to pay me even though I did my part delivering said goods to said destinations. They are a hotshot company(truck driving) and in the business of delivering freight. I made deliveries from Oklahoma City to Charlotte NC up to Washington DC to Rochester Ny down to Dalton Oh up to Detroit Mi out to Bozeman Mt. The rates this company states that a owner operator will make is close to $260,000 up to $460,000 a year the rates I received on those loads are nowhere close to making that. So I put in my formal written resignation and now they are refusing to pay me for my work. I am a veteran with 3 tours in Iraq who has also contacted the ********************* for veterans rights violations. Any help would be great thank you have a nice day. All in all the company owes me roughly $16,000 for Insurance monies paid and no pay of services. I believe this company owes me a portion back minus the premium for Insurance paid and $3500 for services would be happy with roughly $9,000. I also do have supporting documents if and when you need them. They refuse to send my said deductions sheet and the insurance agreement so my lawyer can look it over.
