My cell phone number is on the Do Not Call registry since June 2005. I’ve now received unwanted calls from Chandler Montgomery Inc- first on 1/10/2021, I sent a demand letter re this TCPA Violation , was ignored. Received another call from Ken, from same company on 9/8/2021. I did not asked at be called and I did not opt in either. It’s every companies responsibility to check verify the DoNotCall Registry. I will be send another letter out.Business response

I do not have any documentation on the first letter being sent to us in our files, however, I will have Ms. ******* removed immediately from our database.
I am not sure what the 3rd attachment is, but it has nothing to do with Montgomery Chandler. It is through text message which we do not do nor are we a property investment company.

I am rejecting this response because:
Just removing my number from their database does not solve the problem that they called may phone 2x and violated the TCPA Violation. Sent a demand letter to their email on their website [email protected] on 2/10/2021 attn: ***** **** and have proof that the email was opened/read 41 times. I will be sending another demand letter for the violation fee owed me.

We do not have you in our database and never had. It was a rented list and that company is responsible for managing those lists.
We did not receive the demand letter the first time, we have gone back and looked again and do not have the first email.
You can have the TCPA contact us with your formal complaint and we would be glad to explain everything to them directly.
Other than that, we will not be contacting you.

I am rejecting this response because:The original Demand letter was sent on 2/10/2021 to the email address ([email protected])on your website under the Privacy Policy section and terms.
if this is not settled by 9/27/2021, I will be forwarding it to my lawyer.
