      My mother purchased a vehicle from this dealership back in February 2023. Our salesman was ******* . I was never able to actually look over every vehicle and. Goose one I wanted instead was pushed into a soul at first and rejected it then he brought up another used vehicle a 2022 *** sportage LX of course never disclosed the carfax to me it told me about the vehicles accident history which I found out about through our insurance that this vehicle was in a fender ****** which cost the previous owners over $2000. The car does drive fine its not a bad car just not a very honest salesman or dealership. I just took what I could get at the time. When I called *** headquarters gave them my moms social and vin number for the vehicle the vehicle didnt show up under her name. Texas state law states that vehicle title must be switched over within 30 days of purchase so why its taken these lazy bums over 30 days is beyond me but they need to make this right or let me switch for a new vehicle it shouldnt take 4 freaking months to get a registration sticker and license plates. I will not reccomend this place I reccomend you all go buy a car next door or go to classic *** or even ******* of silsbee . I hope this place gets shut down eventually or a better owner buys them out . Dont be fooled by anyone here they are very dishonest

      Terrible ***************** They purposely ignore calls in service and when they do answer, it's lies. We were told my car would be done and serviced 2 weeks ago. It has been sitting in the same spot on the lot for almost a month and I ONLY know that because I had to go up there myself. Stay away and try to spend as little money as possible here.

      I took my 2019 Kia ******* in the Monday before Thanksgiving 2023 for a Front Forward Collision Sensor and a Knok Sensor. Three weeks two weeks later they called and told me my car needed an Oil Change, it was done in September 2023. It needed an Engine and Cabin Filter, All four break rotors and pads. The said it would be $1500.00. I said absolutely not. I was not happy they went through my car without my permission. Then two weeks later they told my both sensors were covered under my warranty. Then on December 15th they called to say the knock sensor was covered because it looked like a rodent chewed on it and it would be $818.00 to fix it. I went up there to look at the pics of the knock sensor. I also asked to look at my car. I never got to look at my car because they had it fixed when I got there. Work done without my permission. I did pay for the diagnostic fee, the part and shop fee. It was $351. I could have bought the part a lot cheaper then what they charged me. People BEWARE.

      I had never had a complaint about this dealership until I took my daughter to buy a car from them. Our salesman (*******************) did work hard to get her a car and one within her price range. HOWEVER, once we started looking for insurance for her 2020 **************, we quickly found out that this make and model of *** cars is on a restricted list at many insurance companies. Not only that, but every car she drove that day except one is on a restricted list. We put $8000 down on her car. A week later, after not being able to find insurance under $500 and repeatedly being told it is because its on a restricted list, I called the salesman to see what could be done since we couldnt get affordable insurance. He helped ZERO. The only thing he had to offer the conversation was how hard he had worked to get her a car. No after sale service at all.

      Have very horrible customer service skills schedule me car for a serive for a sat to find out when i get their they only do that monday through friday and then reschedule went back down and still waiting for a part 3 going on four months later and when i call i get lies
