We bought a new 2023 Hyundai Santa **** from Hyundai of Silsbee on October 14th, 2023. We are very happy with the car but when we signed all the paper work we were informed that they only had one key fob which they ordered us one and we received, we also ordered a bed extender which we also received so that's the good. We did not get an owners manual which they assured us we would get in the mail, which never came. They gave us the runaround when we called and eventually just quit answering the phone which was juvenile on their part. So I went on **** and looked up owners manuals for 2023 Hyundai Santa **** and found there is quite a business dealing with owners manuals, so I spent $100 to get the paper work for my new Hyundai which should have been provided with our new car. I wonder if Hyundai corporate knows what these dealers are doing. So we wish we would have read some of these reviews before doing business with this dealership, hopefully this will help people choose a reputable dealership.Review from Nathaniel T

I got a **** Hyundai ****** here about 2 weeks ago. The car is wonderful but the sales team service and honesty isnt. I noticed a ding in the rear driver side door. I contacted my salesperson who told me they would get it fixed. I attempted to schedule an appointment with them multiple times and was finally told that I could come in the next Thursday morning. I arrive at the dealership on the appointed day to be told that the person that performs those repairs is not there but where I live an hour and a half away. So I drove a total of three hours just end up where I started to have the ding repaired. I was promised a gift card to make up for gas costs but it took multiple calls for the gift card to be issued a week later. I also purchased an extended warranty to go with the car. I had discussed wanting it to match the power train warranty of 10 years ******* miles without any deductibles no matter where I take it. I review my paperwork later on and notice that it is only for 84 months. I call to check on this and Im told that it is 10 years and that it automatically renews for the remaining time at the end of the 84 months. Well I got a packet in the mail for the warranty directly from the warranty company. It also only states 84 months. I call the warranty company to confirm and am advised that it is indeed only for 84 months and that they never renew any policies, I further talked over the policy with them and Im informed that I will have a $100 deductible anywhere I take it unless I take it back to the original seller, which I specifically did not want since I live an hour and a half away. Also what I find to be the most upsetting part is that the warranty doesnt cover any of the most expensive computerized components of the car. It wont cover any of the navigational/infotainment systems and electronic modules for the engine, and the electronic and mechanical mechanisms in your sunroof wont be covered either! No wonder this dealership has an F ratting!Review from James J

This place *****. Do not bring your car here for a service. No one calls to update here. My car has been there for 2 months and the only calls I get are from sales representatives asking if I want to buy again. Their service staff is garbage. The only one there that is worth anything is *****. Even getting ahold of him is a daunting task for their secretaries because they do not know how a transfer button works. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! I would give a 0 star but I cannot.Review from Laura D

they let someone sign my name to a vehicle when i was almost 500 miles away at the time. then they refused to tell me anything, an then they just stopped replying. i never seen the vehicle nor have i ever dealt with any hyundai dealer in my life. but yet after a yr they claim they remember me being there . in the process of finding a lawyer and a few other things if they wanna cross that bridge.Review from Christyl M

I would give it a 0 but don't have been waiting for 2 weeks for them to give me my title to my car That I did not get from they just forgot to give it back to me now I'm unhold I'm registering my car because the title is lost in the mail and they can provide me no remedy Although They convinced me to come up there with little means of transportation With the same outcome and then lose my title I am lividReview from Casandra h

very rude sales person that she pretending that she was the general manger. I trade my 2020 hyundai accent for a 2018 ford econosport and they took my warranty left from the 2020 and applied it to the trade in which was hyundai accent without asking whether or not I wanted to put it toward the 2018., very shady. I purchase the 2018 on 1/6/22 and yet to recieved my paperwork for this vehicle and call everywhere in the company for the paperwork and the second key to vehicle and spoke to a sales person that said she will send all this and never did. I don't recommend this place to anyone.Review from James R.

I bought a used car and there was damage to the front bumper but was assured they did a complete inspection of vehicle. After driving it off the lot I noticed a rattling sound on driver side. I took the car to the service department three times and was told they couldn’t find anything. I took it back a forth time ( 7 months of owning car) and now they found what’s wrong. And just so happens since it’s been 7 months they are trying to charge me a arm and a leg to fix. I bought a 36,000 additional warranty and apparently the warranty doesn’t cover the issue. The service department is a crock. They avoid doing anything to the vehicle until it hits a certain point so they can overcharge the customer. Also the technician that looked at my vehicle before has been let go because he did that multiple times ( current employee gave me that information).Review from Camie

This company is completely unprofessional and admitted to lying to customers to get them into the showroom. They have false advertising, use unethical methods of bringing individuals in, and lie to their faces about using "stock names" on advertising. ***** ********, one of the managers, was unaccomodating, dismissive, and rude when asked to addreas discrepancies in phone conversations, sales information from associates, and what she presented. I wasted over three hours of my time, based off of phone quotes and information, doing my homework ahead of time. I would not recommend this dealership and I am not done with them yet.Review from Shae

I purchased a Nissa maximal October 6 from the internet due to my schedule and living out of town. I came to do paper work late that evening g and get my car. The next day after havi g my car I noticed significant difference from the web site. The tint job was horriable the inside was scuffed up from having the radio replaced I guess. The dash board has popped out, and the tires keep loosing air. I called and asked out replacing the car and was told they would not. I have not even put 100 miles on the car. I've filed a complaint with Hyundai over the dealership. From the web site pictures it was clearly either not that car or doctored.
