i purchased a used 2016 vehicle from Nissan of Silsbee and the paint had some chips in it. The first time that I took it to the car wash the water knocked of a 6 inch by 6 inch chunck of paint. I called the dealership and ***** and the manager said that they would take care of it. I said ok i didnt get to take the truck to them quick because I work 7 days a week and when i did have time to take the vehicle to them it was like 3 weeks. now they are telling me that I have to pay to get the truck painted. I a paying 20000 dollars for this truck and I cant afford to fix paint that failed the first day I had the truck.Business response

I was informed by my Sales Manager that the Customer knowingly purchased the vehicle with the paint issues. We scheduled an appointment to have the paint problem fixed but the Customer never brought the vehicle in to be fixed. We will need to assess any other damage that occurred after the vehicle was washed to see what can be done.
