I would love to know how and when to contact you guys, I have tried calling everyday for the past 2 weeks and I am on hold for the entire time. Ill change this review to 5 stars when I receive my oven and when I can actually talk to someone at your company.Review from Brendan Y

Hallman ovens are complete trash. DO NOT BUY ONE. They are lemons. Our oven broke twice within a year and their customer service is unfriendly and unproductive. **************** takes over two weeks to get back to you about the warranty. Please save your time and money and purchase from a different company. I wish I could give less stars than one. They don't even deserve one star.Hallman Industries LLC Response

I made a telephone call in April 2024 regarding information on the 30 inch induction range . I was informed the lead time can take 90 days **** On the website it shows ***** days. First of all I have sent several emails and I get no response on updates. You call and will be placed on hold for more than 2 hours and cant get through customer service. I spoke to ****** today who was very rude. She told me that order date was June 3! It was May 3 so already they messed up my order date? So I had to forward the email I had. Later I get an email saying that its going to take 200 days and its listed on website! Thats lies! I want my range in 90 days it will I take this matter to legal. This misleading information to customers and you cant get hold of customer service.Hallman Industries LLC Response

We are currently updating all of our systems to ********* Dynamics * ******Pilot.
There are some gro*ing pains as the developers customize and optimize the system, but can promise it *ill continue improving each every *eek and soon 80% of questions *ill be ans*ered automatically for both pre and post sales related inquiries.As for induction, lead time *as al*ays ******* days and planned for delivery this fall around the holidays.

I ordered a refrigerator in November and have not received it. I have tried to contact the company and they keep telling me it is on its way. You cant get anyone on the phone to talk to. I believe the stole my $2,700.Hallman Industries LLC Response

The new lineup was heavily discounted because lead times would be delayed due to engineering and manufacturing lead times.
1200 back orders shipping this month and next.

Horrible company. I purchased a 48" dual fuel range and the igniters burned out. Called customer service who requested I send photos which I did. They sent me one part which did not work. Called numerous times and left messages but received radio silence. They take no responsibility for defective products. Would NEVER recommend Hallman to anyone.Hallman Industries LLC Response

Its important that you have a licensed plumber and licensed electrician to work on the old platform Italiano ranges. We have found them to be the best at tracking down the issue on which part you need.
Hallman has been in business since 2005 and served more than 100k happy customers with beautiful *********************** that become the focal point of your kitchen.

I think this must be the most unethical, dishonest company in the ***. I was so excited to buy a range in 2018/2019. The first time we used the oven there was a loud freight train noise. We left the house until the sound was gone because we thought it was going to blow up. After trying for months to contact them they told us the warranty was expired. Seriously? They dont answer their phones. They dont respond to messages or emails. They are rude when you get to talk to someone. After years of begging them to help me, we finally reached a new employee that was so nice. She had me send the video of the noise to her. She sent us a part but unfortunately it was a similar part but for the wrong range. After taking the top off of the oven to look at the part it is almost impossible to remove it even if we had the right part. I called her ********** no longer worked there. I still tried to contact ********** them to please fix out oven. I finally gave up last year. I have never been able to use my oven. We paid over $5,000. The other protis that no one will work on them they refuse to fix or repair a Hallman. They said they are too difficult to repair. My *********** have owned a business for 40 years! We always stand behind our products. We have received calls 5-10 years after ***************** still go out to see if it was our fault. If it was then we replace it. A company that cant stand behind their products & give exceptional customer care does not deserve to be in business. The only reason I came to BBB is because our new neighbor talked to their attorney friend because he couldnt believe we have never been able to use our oven. His friend told us to report Hallman on ********* gave us some other options. I am so upset & frustrated that a company can treat people the way they do. I am hoping with some other options that we will be able to find someone to hold them accountable. I know for sure that God will hold them according accountable!Hallman Industries LLC Response

Generally speaking, licensed Plumbers and Electricians are the best repair techs for the old ************ ranges. Theyre very technical.
Our website has dozens of videos the help with any issue that arises as well and clear explainer videos on how to repair.
Hallman has been in business since 2005 and served more than 100k happy customers with beautiful *********************** that become the focal point of kitchens around the world.

In September 2023 we purchased a home that has a 48" Hallman Range, approximately 4 years old.2 of the burners stopped working and the cooking temperature is off between ***** degrees.The greater issue is that both fans make noise while cooking and for 15 minutes after the range is turned off. My wife has ******** and the noise is so loud and irritating neither of us can stay in the kitchen when using the range! Difficult as we eat in the kitchen. I have submitted numerous pictures and videos with sound and all u get back is suggestions as they won't take responsibility for a poor design. It appears they try to avoid assisting their customers. I have called numerous times and I have been either #0 or #1 in the que and they never answer.I had a repairman here that followed all the recommendations Hallman provided and nothing helps. Their only recommendation is too replace both fans but there is no guarantee that it will eliminate the noise.Not a product I would recommend!Hallman Industries LLC Response

Hallman does provide a one year manufacture warranty from the date of purchase, looks as if the range has been out of warranty for 3 years.
