I hired Brandon Thomas in September of 2022 and he promised he would do the work personally except for the electric , cement, and plumbing and he assured me the ones he uses were top of the line. I went to check on my house after a rain and my house was flooded- new walls ruined, ceiling falling down- we called him and he assured us that he would replace everything that was ruined. After a high wind storm I went to check on the house and part of the new roof was blowing up and you could see daylight on the inside in 2 rooms. He assured us he would fix it and that he fired the crew and we told him there wasn't supposed to be a "crew" that he had promised he would do the work himself. It rained and so I went to check on my house and when I stepped in the original part of my house water came up around my shoes , my kitchen ceiling was coming down and there were leaks all through my house. My son and his wife met Brandon at my house and went over everything that was ruined and by this time we had mold everywhere. He assured them he was going to work 15 hour days to fix everything and it would all be out of his pocket and he was going to throw in a brand new central air unit to make up for all the stress he put on me. My internet quit so the cameras went off so we called Vexus to come see what the problem was and he found where they had cut the cable in 3 places and covered it with cement. The bathroom walls were put up with no plumbing coming into the bathroom and the house flooded again. We were through then! I could go on and on with all the new contractors found- they said my house was a death trap. When the new contractor cut into the bathroom wall to do the plumbing they found where the studs had been cut where the other contractor had put in the water line and didn't brace where they had cut so my roof was caving in. They also found that the electric line was ran along the water pipe. I'm 62 and a widow and I believe that's why he thought he could get by with this.
