            I stayed at isla grand the week of April 15 to the 20th. The first day I was there I went for dinner and then to the bar. The bartender put an unauthorized $100.00 tip on my credit card. I caught it the following day and addressed the situation with management. They said they would refund the tip amount but I have yet to receive any refund. Patricia the bartender had her husband there who sold me an illegal substance. I’m not complaining about that. Just the tip. If they did this to me how many other people have they done this to?

            I was a guest to someone who booked the room for 2 nights. At check in they asked for a credit card for room damage/room service. After check out my card was charged without my authorization for “resort fees”. After getting absolutely nowhere with the general manager, Michael *****, he told me that there was no need to escalate things and refused to give me any contact information for HR. This resort is practicing unlawful credit card charges with no accountability.
