I stayed at isla grand the week of April 15 to the 20th. The first day I was there I went for dinner and then to the bar. The bartender put an unauthorized $100.00 tip on my credit card. I caught it the following day and addressed the situation with management. They said they would refund the tip amount but I have yet to receive any refund. Patricia the bartender had her husband there who sold me an illegal substance. I’m not complaining about that. Just the tip. If they did this to me how many other people have they done this to?Initial Complaint

I stayed at Isla Grande Resort for 3 nights, 9/2 -5/2022. I paid a total fee of $733.59 in advance. The resort asked me for a credit card for ID purposes at check in. I checked out 9/5/22, no extra charges incurred, no other expensed. Next day I see an extra charge of $87.76. I called the resort to find out what that charge was for and they said "resort fee". I was never informed of extra charges or resorts fee, I never signed a credit card receipt for extra charges so I do not how they charged that other than an illegal non-signature unauthorized charge with a copy of my credit card. I am also complaining to Booking.com, Citicard but I think someone need to stop these deceptive practices.
