              We had a Clarke Walk-in Tub installed by ************************* in **********, **. The installation was great, but two years later the wall around the handle of the tub started to crack and peel. Clarke would not even respond to our complaints or to the questions put forth by *************************. They simply said they do not make the tub any longer. The tub had a 5 year warranty and it was only 2 years old at the time. I wrote them up in BBB. You talked to them, but they did not tell the truth to you and you signed off on the case. It was very frustrating. Now we have gotten the tub fixed ourselves and Clarke is not responding to our request for repayment for fixing the tub. The repair bill is attached. THIS TIME CAN YOUR please listen to us. They have not worked with us at all. We need this bill paid in full. Tub is under warranty for the surface of tub.

              Beware! I am cancelling an order within the first few days of placing it because of the poor customer service that I have received so far. Frankly, I went from excited to disappointed then very concerned about purchasing a shower base from this company.The standard information about product processing and delivery are sketchy at best. Especially for a high end product in the thousand dollar range. The lack of ways to communicate with the business is problematic. I am going to dispute the charge now given the reviews I now have learned through searching reviews online.It seems I will be only inviting further headaches.Buyer beware!
