      We had a Clarke Walk-in Tub installed by ************************* in **********, **. The installation was great, but two years later the wall around the handle of the tub started to crack and peel. Clarke would not even respond to our complaints or to the questions put forth by *************************. They simply said they do not make the tub any longer. The tub had a 5 year warranty and it was only 2 years old at the time. I wrote them up in BBB. You talked to them, but they did not tell the truth to you and you signed off on the case. It was very frustrating. Now we have gotten the tub fixed ourselves and Clarke is not responding to our request for repayment for fixing the tub. The repair bill is attached. THIS TIME CAN YOUR please listen to us. They have not worked with us at all. We need this bill paid in full. Tub is under warranty for the surface of tub.

      We purchased a Rejuvenate walking tub in 2019. It had a 5 year warranty on tub defects. The screws holding the handle on the door has cracked the wall of the tub in a couple places. The tub door will fail and tub will be useless. We have called plumber and Clarke Products for repairs. Clarke makes no response. In the meantime we are moving toward a time of complete door failure

      I have read the complaint but we have no record of any request for assistance from the claimant; however, the plumbing wholesaler that they bought the tub from has changed their name and they are not easily available.   We tried to find out what occurred through the wholesaler without any luck.   While the description of the product is vague, I am sure we can arrange for it to be repaired.  Please ask the claimant to contact us at **************** and ask for ******************************  ***** is aware of this issue and prepared to solve the problem, but we need more detailed information before proceeding.

      I ordered a Clarke Products ************************************************* Drain Freestanding Soaking Bathtub Item #: ******* Model #: CA6640FSVB-01 on 12.10.2021 through Lowes Order # *********. It arrived on time, but the skirt base was missing. I called ****** and they instructed me to reach out to Clarke directly for the piece. On 12.27.2021 I emailed and began calling Clarke. It is now 2 weeks later and they have not returned my email or the 2 voicemails that I have left. I have called approximately 20 times (each day of the week, various times during their business hours) and nobody picks up the phone. ****** has also tried to contact them, with no success. I spent thousands of dollars on the tub and my plumber cannot install it. Our entire renovation project has been put on hold and I am left with a very expensive paperweight. ****** has tried to help, but they don't know what to do because it's the replacement of a partial item. I refuse to believe that I am just "out" $2000 - I need to be provided the missing part immediately, as this is costing more money in construction delays and rent while we await the completion of the project.

      Hi there -

      I hope this finds you well. I wanted to provide an update on complaint #********, which I filed against Clarke Products, Inc earlier this month. I can't figure out how to add comments to the original complaint, so I thought I might reach out via email.

      After filing the complaint, I received a voicemail from a Clarke Products representative letting me know that they would be mailing out the missing part that I was seeking. When I tried to return the voicemail, I still was unable to get a hold of anyone from Clarke via phone; but thankfully we received the part yesterday, so this issue is resolved.

      If there is anything else that I can provide from my end on this, please let me know.
