    I paid this buisness approx. $125.00 and alot of my time and gas money to return 4 more times due to their mistakes. Around 8/15 - We brought our Apple SE phone (that was in perfect working condition) to get a cracked screen fixed. Picked up the same day and the home button did not work. The buisness agreed to fix the home button and ordered the part. Around 8/20 - We brought the phone in to fix the home button.Same day- picked up and the camera did not work properly. The buisness agreed to fix the camera and ordered the part. Around 8/28 walked in to have fixed and I asked the gentleman to PLEASE do not let anything else get broken. Then I proceeded to ask if he knows what he is doing. He said not really. He suggested I waited for ****** to work on it as he was the most experience. However, due to conflicitng schedules we were not able to get the phone to the store until today 9/4. I dropped the phone off, asking the kid, whos name is maybe ******, if he knew what he was doing and he reassured me that YES indeed and he would have the phone ready for me in 20 minutes. Approximately 45 minutes later, we arrived to pick it up and THERE WAS A CRACK next to the home button. I insisted that he call the manager, ******. Who graciously explained that his employee did not cause the break and therefore they can no longer help. I explained that this has already cost me a new phone because my son has been complaining about issues since **** has touched it. I asked if they would please just change the screen AGAIN, so that I could at least trade in and the manager declined and said they can no longer help me. At this point I would like this buisness to refund me, as I actually do not trust them to replace the screen again. And because they broke the screen they fixed, I should get reimbursed.
