This is my 2nd complaint regarding this facility. I have to call every 2 weeks to remind them to refill my prescription. I called again today & was told the refill had been submitted, but when I called the pharmacy, they advised no refill had been submitted. I have received the medication late on numerous occasions, which throws my body into havoc. I also had lab work done 12/21 & need my results. The provider advised they would contact me the following week to discuss. I have not heard from anyone to date despite numerous phone calls. They dont answer the phone & when I reached corporate, they told me the location was temporarily closed. When I called today, corporate advised they were never closed. I finally found another provider, but I need my lab results. I called on 1/3, 1/5, called corporate on 1/5 and 1/11. I left messages with no response. I also sent an email to corporate on 1/6 with no response. Last, I pay out of pocket for my ****************** My credit card is always promptly billed each month, so they dont have issues taking my payment. The facility advised that the $155 I pay monthly covers my ****************** but when my labs were done on 12/21, I received a **** from a lab. If I am paying out of pocket & was told it couldnt be submitted to insurance, then why was it submitted to my insurance company? I honestly believe there are unethical business practices being performed at this facility. I just want my lab results, my medication I have paid for and I hope to never deal with this facility again.Initial Complaint

This provider has been charging my credit card & not delivering my medication. This is the 3rd time I have had to call & each time the provider tells me this is a new ************** are trying to streamline everything. This is the 3rd time in 3 months I personally have to follow up for my medication. The last time I received it 3 days later, the next time 2 days later & here we are 2 days later & still no meds. However, my credit card is promptly charged. I tried calling 2 months ago & called the corporate office. I talked to several people & left messages. I was promised a call from the regional manager. I never received that call back. 2 months later I called again on 10/18. No call back. Again, I was promised another phone call. I asked again today, & was or promised another call. Still no call & I am still without my medication that should have been administered on 10/18. My health is suffering as a result. I plan on retaining counsel.Business response
