I received a letter in the mail saying i owe money for a phone call that I never made. I'm not sure if it is a scam or they really think i called and it shows where they billed an insurance company for this but that might not be true either. ***************************** MD on Feb 27th 2023.*********** ************** The phone number on the paper say ************ this phone number is not listed to them. I had surgery on December 20, 2021. TDDC is wrongfully billing it as an out of pocket **** instead of billing my insurance and has reported the **** to collections. I sent a portal message after the second **** asking them to **** my insurance with no response back. I called and they they me know they sent it to collections and it will be my issue to clear up not theirs. There has been zero hurry to correct their mistake. I would like for them to correctly **** my insurance and to remove their mistaken **** from collections and MY CREDIT REPORT!
