I purchased four tickets to a ring side show. The performance was scheduled in ************* on 1/6/2023, I purchased the tickets on 1/4/2023. The show was scheduled from 8 to 10 pm. The show did not start until 8:45 and ended before 10 pm.Upon entering the venue, we were given a green wristband (ring vs. general) to indicate what ticket was purchased. There was no seating available. I approached the person that took our tickets. I expressed concern that there were a number of individuals that had yellow wrist bands in the ring side seating area. Yellow was general admission @ half the cost. I was handed over to the man that told me he was the owner, I expressed my concerned that I had paid double the cost specifically for ring side seating and that allowing individuals that hadnt paid for the seating should be moved especially since I had no seat. The owner told me that I could deal with it myself. I told him that was not my responsibility and that he knew exactly how many ring side tickets he had sold and that it was his responsibility to ensure he had enough seating to support what he had sold. He responded with maam I do not and do not have the time to set aside specific seating. That it was first come first serve for the ring side tickets. I asked to be refund the difference between the ring side seats I purchased and general admission since he was not holding up to what he sold. He refused and walked away. As I am standing there and looking around I notice that probably half of the people that were also standing had green bands on. This gives me what an educates individual can safely assume an intentional over selling what they called ringside seating because there was absolutely no way there was seating for all of these people. I believe this company is intentionally cheating people to make an extra dollar. Clearly they are providing false advertising of what is being sold. No that is not what happened. The show started at 8:15 as we had long line out the door. This can be verified by the Oklahoma State Athletic commission. The ticket she bought was Ring Side which is the first 3 rows of seating from the ring. It was very crowded but we did find the 3rd row seating for her people. She did not want to take the 3rd row seats. I found for her in 3rd row seats but she was unreasonable when talking to he. She wanted the front row seats which had some people sitting in them. I told her to take the seats on the 3 row and I would get security to move the people in the front row since she wanted the front row. I brought security over to her and I left as I could not communicate with her. I did was was required and I personally found her 3rd row seats. Cannot make everyone happy. she was very difficult to talk to and felt that nothing I did for her could make happy.
