My husband and myself are nearly here a year and still waiting on trim and cracks to be repaired home its getting worse day by day verluxe is by far the worst home builder Ive ever seen extremely disappointed and unprofessional company I ever felt with ccInitial Complaint

We purchased a home from Veralux in January of 2022. Since purchasing we have had a multitude of warranty issues. We have been trying to get them resolved with the builder and project manager, but to no prevail. The latest was we have two windows on our home that have cracked on the inside pain, so bad that chips of glass are falling out. We have gone back and forth with the builder and project manager, again to no prevail. I have also emailed the owner of the company on multiple occasions about the issue, again with no response or resolution. Just a heads up to future potential home buyers.
