I would be careful about hiring this business and would definitely recommend looking for alternatives. The price was very expensive for the work done ($1700 for a system tune-up which ended up costing $300 more than I the estimate) and there was no proof at the end of the job that the parts were actually replaced. They also made up some story to sell me an item I ultimately didn't need. I am a very unhappy customer.

****, We apologize that you feel that way. We came out for our 1st visit on July 29th for a check system, you also stated you had a leak or another issue when booking appointment . After doing a check system and diagnosing sprinkler system, we gave you an estimate for repairs. I have original estimate that you approved on August 3rd. As you stated on the phone with ****** on August 30 after work was completed that you didnt have the money for this. Then why did you approve estimate? And move forward with work? You also stated that you checked your system before we came and everything was working but then agreed that an there was area in your yard that is brown due to a zone not working which is the zone we did an add-a-zone on. To save you the money from having to running wire,Which can be expensive. We apologize you feel like we over charged you, we didnt and that isnt our intention. As a family owned and operated company we strive to save our clients water and money! We did exactly what was on the estimate that you approved, we even came in between the estimate, and that was even with additional repairs. Other repairs came up along the way as we cant see under ground. The owner came out because he want to see your side. ****** was trying to explain what was done as you didnt understand the irrigation terminology. We had to do an add a zone as you had a dead zone that wasnt working. We didnt have to add a whole new zone. But we can see where that is confusing if you arent familiar with irrigation terms. Yes we did cash check for the work that was completed. Why would we not cash check for the work that was completed, and you agreed on. All of our reviews are 100% from our customers and they speak for them self. We also have copies of approved estimate (estimate was between $1400-$1700) the bill came to $1,612.91 and we also have video recordings from work vehicle.

Excellent work. ***** and ***** rebuilt two valves and replaced a head. Very efficient. Very personable. Nice job
