We hired Housewright Marketing for our marketing needs. Final payment arrangements to close out account were made and paid on Friday, July 12, 2024. Upon payment, said business agreed to provide us with logins, data, photos, partial website completion, and any project assets by EOD Monday, July 15th. On Monday, July 15th, ****** Housewright, business owner, said she would not have it to us by EOD, rather sometime that week. At end of week, email communication was sent to ****** on Friday, July 19th requesting all portfolio items belonging to our business, ************* Med Spa, formerly Serendipity Med Spa. She responded that she was "out of town and will get to it as soon as I can."We have contacted her multiple times via email and no resolution has taken place. We are unable to access our new website or have login credentials changed, which is prohibiting us from our marketing projects and hindering our business.
