Loaded with carbs!! More than 50% carbs!! Carbs should be HALF of protein!! Horrible food!! AVOID!!

How is it legal that this company is promoting their dog foods as replacements for medical care? I see their reps making claims that their food can be fed in place of seeing the vet for commonly occurring issues - where is the science to back this up? Sounds pretty shady to me! And how are their sales reps with no medical training promoting themselves as advisors on prescribing dog food in place of vet care?Pawtree, LLC Response

**************, we do take claims like this very serious as we instruct our petPros not to make claims that are unfounded and would never instruct anyone to avoid seeing their Vet for proper guidance on any issues. Please let me know who you have heard this from so we can investigate immediately and take corrective action if necessary.Review from Monica D

PawTree has not only changed my life but its also changed my dogs lives completely! I have 5 frenchies and a husky and and I cannot express how great its been for them! They not only love the food but have had tremendous results. Their customer service is great and working with this company and selling for them is even better! I love it!Review from Keenan E

Similar to ******* M (02/03/2021), they boast a return policy that is not actually true. My order arrived and has been unopened (as I reached out about returning after they claimed it was shipped and before it arrived). They told me that the shipping is non-refundable, and that it is my responsibility to get the product shipped there, with no consideration of damages, etc. I inquired about returning the product twice before I got an answer.Pawtree, LLC Response
