I've had mixed experiences when I go in there. Sometimes they are quick and professional and other times im waiting for several hours just to get my vitals done. Some of the staff have severe attitude issues and are extremely unprofessional. My husband is trans and because of that he had to get a note from his doctor which he did and was cleared to donate, the nurse said she would get it over to the doctor to clear and make sure everything was correct. Upon doing so we have been waiting for over a week for her to look at this note. He has called every single day and gets the same answer, she hasn't looked at it yet. Then today he called and the lady that answered the phone said the doctor doesn't actually work there and they never know when she's going to be coming in, but said she works Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. So how does she work there those days yet you don't know when she is going to be coming in?? I'm starting to think they are discriminating him because he is trans! We have never had this issue any where else. To me this is incredibly unprofessional and wrong! So if your trans I definitely would not recommend going here because they will make you feel like you are less than human.
