      I visited this health provider 3 times between June 2022 and July 2022. They are listed as an in network provider for Cigna. They have not filed any claims with my insurance so all the payments I have made to the provider for office visits have not been counted against my deductible. It is now past the insurance filing deadline so now they are not sure they can even file those claims. This seems like a shady business practice to attempt to collect cash payments from customers without reporting charges to the insurance company.

      Thank you for reaching out to us. Currently, we are still working with the insurance carrier and have the required documentation in order to continue to work with the carrier.  We can assure the customer that we are working on the claim with the insurance carrier and have followed all of the requirements that are necessary to process this claim.  The time frame it has taken is disappointing for us as well, but we are working on it and will continue to update the patient as we get information from their insurance. Once again, I appreciate you for reaching out to us.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have received no updates from your company to date. You also told me the insurance would not accept the claims as they were not submitted within the required timeframe. I would like proof that this is being worked on.

      Please see attached. We have sent the claim in May and we have sent it a few times after. We sent it in a timely manner. We are still working on this. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
