      I ordered a product (2 containers of moisturizer). It was shipped in a Manila envelope that was not well padded or protected. The product arrived damaged with the content mostly spilled out all over the inside of the envelope and the plastic encasing. One of the containers had a large crack on the top and most all its contexts had escaped. It was a very large mess. I took pics and promptly contacted the company, explained what happened and asked for resolution. A couple of days passed and I heard nothing. I decided it might be more efficient to call. I kept getting their voicemail regardless of calling during business hours. When I tried to leave a message, it said their voicemail was full. I spent over $69. on this order which is a substantial amount of money to me. I previously requested them to simply replace the order with a better shipping method. However given their lack of response, I would now like a full refund so I do not have to deal with this company again.

      Hello **** and thank you for the follow up.
      I am not surprised you did not get a response from ********** **** Their communication is terrible which is the reason for my complaint in the first place. They did in fact replace the damaged items which was unexpected since they never acknowledged my emails! I thought about sending the items right back for a refund but that would create yet another hassle. Apparently a consumer needs a special code obtained from them when you call in order to process a refund, and they never answer their phones (their voicemail is regularly full as well). The ****** learned here is I will never to use this company again.

      I orderd a skin care product from this company on Jan. 21. It was delivered **** on January 27. I opened the productd to use on February 9 to find the product a deep dark *****. I have been using this cream for many years, and know it should be white. I contacted them immediately, and have three more times since, but have had no response. I have tried to call them, and I get an answering message that says there mail box is full. I have attached here the same picture I have sent to them. All I want is a refund for my purchase of $64.26. Thank you for your help.
