7/3/2022 1/1/2023 Selected Units from the free to use in 2022, and then free to use in 2023 listings. Both times this turned out to be false and units started billing immidiately.So either they have horrible quality control on their own listings, or they intentionally engage in false advertising to get you hooked.Time Share industry has enough of a bad reputation without brokers intentionally misleading potential customers. If they'd quit lieing they could actually get satisfied customers as the industry has a real use and benefit.Business response

Timeshare Nation relies on it's 3rd party advertisers to properly designate first use on timeshares, etc. If errors occur, while very few, they are always corrected and/or noticed, and the client is given the opportunity to proceed with the acquisition or cancel. In one of the cases, a check was sent to the client to fix an error on a maintenance fee. The check was for $230.19 for a 2022 maintenance fee. This error was properly fixed. For a second error, it was noticed prior to a formal engagement of work, and the client was given the opportunity to proceed, or cancel. The client responded in writing that they wanted to proceed. This was informed to the client on January 12, and the client responded on January 12 that they wanted to proceed.
