VCA has essentially accepted & then stolen my insurance ************* out-of-pocket. Scans we're performed prior to ***************** collected the money from my insurance. But treatment following insurance approved treatments have been cancelled in ************, ** and *********, **. I paid out of pocket for sessions that I cannot schedule because I have not had the proper follow up from my ablation - I have not had proper follow up because they keep canceling every appointment since September 30, 2022! I have requested a refund but you cannot get anyone to call me back. Since new management back in August, it has been a nightmare. I've filed two prior complaints with the BBB and nobody has responded. Ironically now that we are about to start a new year, the insurance money that has been paid (over $5400) would all need to start over on the new year if I was dumb enough to return. Not to mention the $600 I have paid out-of-pocket. The Regional Manager, *****, will not return a phone call or help. If you can get ahold of her at *********** let me know! This is entirely unethical & fraud.
