      Subject: Urgent Resolution Required for Order #***** Dear Better Business bureau]I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding my recent purchase of a fore grip from Areoknox, placed on August 8, 2024. To date, I have received only one email from ****************** regarding the status of my order (*****), and I have not been updated on the whereabouts of my items or the funds involved in this transaction.This lack of communication and fulfillment raises serious concerns about the integrity of this business. I have encountered multiple reports from other customers experiencing similar issues, which suggests a troubling pattern.I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this matter. I request either the prompt return of my funds or the shipment of my purchased item.       I bought a foregrip not listed as backorder or anything on June 23 and followed up about a week later via email after no update. I come here now on July 5th to see this long order fulfillment time and lack of communication being a recurring issue.

      I ordered a foregrip 6/15/24 and other than the confirmation email I haven't heard peep about shipping even after reaching out several times..I've ordered several items from other vendors since then and already received them; now reading the other complaints I'm wondering if I got ripped off too. Website says 'one man show' well that's fine until you're not responding to customers and sitting on product for two weeks. Get some help or shut down your website.

      I purchased a blemished aimpoint riser for $50 plus shipping. $56 total spent. The money was taken out of my account immediately on March 10, 2024 and an email was sent informing me that I will receive notification when the item shipped. On April 10, 2024 I sent an email inquiring when my item will be shipped. There was no response. On April 23, ************************************************************************************* for my money to be refunded. Again there was no response. On April 28, *********************************************************************** my money refunded. And for a third time there was no response.

      I placed an order in April of 2023. I received partial fulfillment of my order along with an initial update stating that I would recieve complete fulfillment once out of stock items had been replenished. In the following months I have not received responses to multiple emails or an Instagram direct message. Ive just read previous bbb complaints and noticed a trend of not responding and long wait times that I was unaware pif prior to ordering. Being a one man shop is not a license to commit consumer fraud nor is it a justification for almost no customer service. An update every now and then, especially when they already have your money and have promised fulfillment on their end, doesn't seem like an unreasonable expectation.

      I ordered a forgrip from aeroknox on March 7th ************************************************************************************** regards to my order (order#*****) I received a email from aeroknox on March 18th stating that they will be shipped out on the 18th/19th it is now 4/23/24 and iv sent multiple emails in regards to my order with no response.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have not received a email confirmation/tracking number from aeroknox nore the carrier to validate this. 

      The only date I am able to go off of is the email I was sent by aeroknox stating that the product were being shipped on either March 18/19 if that is the case that was over a month ago...

      I placed an order on February 11th and was told I'd receive an email when it shipped. I was charged immediately upon purchase and received a confirmation email. It has been 15 days and I have received no updates. I have emailed at least 5 times with no response. My order number is *****. Id really like to receive my product or a full refund.

      On 12/12/2023 I ordered a rifle grip from aeroknoxs website. The site made it seem like it was in stock since gun related stores typically tell you: Out of Stock, Made To Order or 8 week wait time. After I places my order and my card was charged instantly I received a email of my order saying I would be notified when it shipped. Over last couple months I've sent multiple emails Inquiring about my purchase and only ever received 1 email back saying he would check on it and that was 5 weeks ago with no word since. I know this guy is a 1 man shop but if your taking someone's hard earned money then he needs to return emails and put a disclaimer on his website stating long waits and bad customer service. I really want the part I ordered but at this point I wish I just had my $ back and really bummed this is the way this turned out because I'd like to buy quite a few things he sells but this will be the last.

      Nathans item was shipped in time. Tracking **** #******************. Unfortunately the item was returned to sender due to poor address. I'm hopeful i can get the address corrected from buyer to resend.

      Here is a physical photo of the item shipped with the return sticker. This photo was also emailed to the buyer. On top of this, I sent a direct message to ****** on Instagram on Monday and ever heard back from him. I have tried to resolve this with ****** but to no avail.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
      The owner emailed me today and said he will remail the item I ordered. I would like to close this case but I dont agree with businesses statement below saying he couldn't get ahold of me with no avail., which isn't true since weve been in a yahoo email chain since December and Instagram never notified me of a pending message.

      I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear a response to an email or Instagram comment and direct message. Ive just read previous bbb complaints and noticed a trend of not responding and long wait times that I was unaware pif prior to ordering being a one man shop is no excuse for terrible customer service. A simple update via email or text is not too much to ask, especially when they have your money with no fulfillment on their end.

      This customer has received updated emails on this specific backordered item that was ordered during the holiday rush. Item was shipped out yesterday 1/16/2024 and his DM on instagram was also responded to but left unread on customers end. Photo has been attached of that as well.

      So I placed my order on 7/14/23 Order No. *****. I was told that I would receive an email Two weeks later after my item shipped and I never received that email. I sent over 5 emails directly on his website and over email and even reach out via Instagram. NOTHING no response no email NOTHING! I keep reading his response to all of these complaints here on the bbb website about him being a one man crew if thats the case why doesn't he hire more people or announce that on his website? I really just want my order to come in already. What ***** is I really wanted to support this business and purchase more items in the future but will definitely be going else where after this horrible experience. This business/man should learn how to value his customers and their time/money. Please ship my item and good luck to you! There's plenty of other businesses I would have rather gone to.
