I have never allowed anyone under my hood besides **** ******** until I brought my car here for service. On I Brought my vehicle in for an Oil change service on 11/3/2023. On 11/19/2023 my vehicle stopped on me. Upon diagnoses it had been determined that the coolant hose either had not been secured correctly causing my engine to fail and need replacement. The employee Tre who initially took my calls was very nice and understood my frustration however the Manager was very rude over the phone and became very argumentative as if I shouldn't feel a way about a new 6400 bill and now no longer having a vehicle to commute. n one occasion I called requesting a copy of my receipt of service he declined and told me since I told him I was coming up there I should come get it. He told me that whatever I am trying to do has been tried before by others and was unsuccessful even though I never stated what I was requesting the information for. he was very rude and disrespectful when I was simply asking questions about my vehicle. About 30 min after our final call conversation unannounced I showed up and saw the staff smoking in the work area as no customers were waiting to be assisted. When he realized who I was he was very combative and left the property to obtain a USB to provide me footage of my service that was provided. I waited a total of 2 hours and was not taken care of until after the location closed at 3pm on Saturday December 2nd.2023. The manager ended up emailing me video footage however the video does not show what was touched only what was removed. I requested corporate's contact information and was told by the manager he does not have any contact information for them even if there was an emergency which I Found disturbing and very concerning being that typically assets like such require hands on management, instead he gave a general gmail account for the location. I would like my issue to be more thoroughly investigated and taken care of by ****** **** *******.
