I had paid for an online course. I had reschedule the first one to the following class. I took off work that day and never got the email to log into the class. I tried logging in that morning and nothing. I text the number they give and a very rude person was like I sent the email. I put it in myself, I ALWAYS send the emails. I told her to send me the picture of the email, she HAD IT WRONG! She then said fine, I will enroll you in the next one... class comes around and sure enough, no email, no notice to log in NOTHING!! Same issue the rude girl did not change my email to the correct email. I am out money from taking off work TWICE, the amount I paid for the class and the class because of someone elses attitude and errors. This place just steals from people. I expect a full refund. I will NEVER take any other classes here again. Plus they are NOT accredited so you basically waste your time on classes that have zero merit in the education world.Business response

Thank you for your feedback and considering our school for your education. We apologize if the class was not what you were looking for. After you visited with the Campus Manager via phone on November 30, 2023, we refunded you a total of $119.00 for the class.
If you have any future concerns or feedback, you may bring forward to the Campus Manager. They will be happy to assist you over the phone with any questions.
