Purblack has exceed all over expectations. I pretty much ******* the best companies for Shilajit and they were pretty much at the top of the list. I received my Purblack product sooner than even expected! Delivery was smooth and since taking Purblack daily ( I do find taking it and following with a glass of water and a bite of food the best way for me personally) I have noticed more calm energy within myself. I am hoping it clears my skin from a recent bout of acne that seems to be related to my stress. I'm excited to be using this product!Review from Bart V

I'm so disappointed in this company. I ordered 2 big jars (500 gram) and the order was rejected by Belgium customs. Apparently, the order was shipped back to the US. And now they are refusing to pay me back any money. I will never order from this company again. They refuse to take any responsibility. I would expect higher ethics from a company that sells such products. Unfortunately, another money-driven company...

Bart, We regret that your purchase did not go smoothly. I hope you don't forget we helped you throughout the process and gave you the information that Belgium customs required to release the package We also want to clarify that DHL was responsible for returning your product and losing it along the way. According to our policy, we had to wait until it was delivered back to us, or at least be able to file a claim on it otherwise we would lose the product value. We never denied you a refund, but we were working with DHL to solve your problem. Sadly, you called us a money-driven company after the relationship we built and after we refunded you. We appreciate your loyalty from the start and it is unfortunate that the courier issue ruined that. We hope you well and hope you have a wonderful 2024 ahead of you.Review from Kasha M

This is the best shilajit available. It has been consistently the highest quality and most potent shilajit on the market since purblack began distributing it. I have tried many other varieties of shilajit (mumio, fulvic acid, etc) and nothing some close to the quality in relation to physiological effects. The price point might initially seem costly compared to other options but one is paying for purity and quality with this product. I will be a lifelong customer! Fantastic customer service and speedy shipping with ordered directly from purblack.
