On December 19 I had a standing appointment for my Australian Labradoodle. The appointment was for around or at 12/12:30 for a bath and extras. I arrived as scheduled. Entered the property with a leashed pet. Upon entry there was a large Rottweiler and a gentleman standing off and over to my left. Once i just about cleared the door the dog swings around to what seemed a dog greet. I held my dog close because that is what owners should do. Without warning the dog bit my doodle in the face. It was then that the owner pulled his dog and said I didn't see you come in. I quickly walked away and tried to see if my dog has an injury but, with so much hair I could not see right away. The workers could see I was upset and the groomer began helping. She, the groomer noticed a cut and started saying he will be okay she can take care of him She continued repeating the statement. Meanwhile she had to address the removal of the other dog. This dog almost drugged her to the back area. They convince me that all will be well and that they would take care of my dog. After long consideration I felt they could address concern. He has been coming to this location repeatedly. Before I returned to pick Up my boy I was told he was acting not himself and I thought maybe because he is tired. But I realize now he may have been in pain. I returned and noticed the cut was more inflamed and then decided to reach out to my Vet. for a more professional evaluation because I could see the cut was very near his left eye. I paid faithfully for my service and left. They explained that Corporate would contact me. I said okay..He was given treatment and pain pills from my Vet. The cost of the bill was $484. Now no one bothers to reply to any contact. I have w bill and notes to support.
