    I hired Pool Knight to repair my pool pump. They missed two appts. and then called to say they did not have a technician and gave me another company. My pool was not working for a week when they notified me of this. The other company took a week to complete the repair. My pool was down for 14 days. I called Pool Knights to begin weekly service. I completely cleaned my pool and it was clear of algae, just needed chemicals balanced. They said they would do that. I received 4 weeks of service and only one week did they add the correct amount of chemicals. I had algae and black algae on the bottom of my pool. They added salt to a chlorine pool.They took pictures after service from a distance and it did not show the alge problems. I took pictures and video of my 73 year old husband cleaning up the problem they created. And we added 5 pounds of shock at our expense to kill the algae. They were told not to come back. I received my credit card bill. They charged me for 6 weeks of service and only serviced me 4 weeks. They then came out again unauthorized after I fired them. I have called and my husband has called to get two weeks of service refunded to me. I asked how can you charge for services not yet rendered. They said the general manager would have to authorized credit. This has be two weeks now and I have not heard from them. I have left many messages and none returned. Don't do business that charges upfront. More problems that they are worth!

    Please be advised that we have issued a refund to Ms. Smith for two months service covering May and June of this year. We sincerely apologize for the lapse in service, and truly regret that Ms. ******* experience with us was not a positive one. As a company, we are committed to providing quality service and a superior customer experience, and unfortunately in this instance we fell short of that goal.
