            Unprofessional Behavior and Non-Compliance with Disability Rights Review: I recently experienced a troubling incident while trying to obtain my medical records for disability purposes from this office. Despite federal laws requiring healthcare providers to provide these records at no cost for disability cases, the staff here insisted on charging me a fee. The situation escalated to the point where I was met with unprofessional behavior, including being hung up on multiple times and even facing physical aggression when a staff member brandished a tazer. Law enforcement had to intervene, and I was eventually trespassed from the office. This is unacceptable treatment of patients seeking access to their own medical records. I have reported this incident to the medical board and urge others to be cautious when dealing with this office. Patients deserve respect and compliance with their legal rights. I hope this review raises awareness of the issues faced and leads to necessary changes in their practices.
