Be Warned - Do not purchase a home that falls within this horrific companies service area!!! This company is nothing more than legalized extortion. It is absolutely terrible that companies like H2O Extortion are allow to stay in business. Their services and fees suck so bad that I have elected to sell my property simply to avoid having to conduct business with such a piece of shit institution. They have B.S. Fees for any and everything possible, they even charge you fees to pay the month bills - Absolutely HORRIFIC company There should be an option for negative stars for companies like H2O...

The company (H2O Innovations) and it's billing practices need to be investigated! I'm starting to wonder if the employees have a bonus program for generating fees! I initially used my banks 'bill pay' to pay my bill. Payment was sent and delivered. They claimed that they hadn't received it and put me on hold for 30 min. They miraculously found it and said that it had just arrived on that same day (4 weeks after being sent) and blamed the postal service for holding it and delivering it 4 weeks late. Obviously, I didn't believe a word of this, as they seem to be the only business that seems to have a hard time receiving direct payments from Chase Bank. So now I owe for Oct and Nov (as they hadn't deposited my Oct payment) and am incurring late fees. I've paid my bill on time (always early) for the past 13 years without issue so I asked them how I can avoid this happening again. They instructed me to pay online using their website (and incurring added fees for the convenience). I obliged, made my payment online and received my confirmation code and email. 2 weeks later, I wake up with no water! They had reversed my online payment and blamed the bank! I spent an hour at the bank trying to figure out how this could happen. The bank assured me that it could ONLY happen if the water company reversed the payment. My account was more than capable of paying the $154 bill (not to mention having overdraft protection that would definitely cover $154 if my account was ever anywhere near being that low). When trying to talk with anyone at the company, they are secretive and shady. They won't tell me the name of a supervisor. The only thing that makes any sense is that by not accepting/processing payments, they can charge/collect late fees, hangar fees and disconnect fees. These sketchy practices can't be legal!

I arrived home on the 19th to a letter on my door with a bunch of fee’s . I called customer service and told the lady I paid my bill on the 18th . She said one moment…. Came back to the phone and said your bill is current but you needed to have made the payment on the 17th to avoid the fees . Sooooo your system is that out dated that it doesn’t update daily or nobody checks to see if payments have been made before you drive out to somebody home ?…
