Worst water company, I mean worst utility company overall I have ever dealt with. I have had to change my password every time I log in, even after writing down my password every time. They do not communicate well at all, as a matter of fact they are horrible at communication and customer service. The people answering the phone are very rude and want to get you off the phone while being the least helpful person possible. Overall, horrible communication and customer service. Worst utility company I have ever dealt with, and the only one I have ever had issues like this with. It’s like you have to baby them just to get them to even take your money without miss billing.Review from Kenneth M

Been sending my bill to the wrong address. The cut my water off twice without informing the amount of due date. Complete Rip off. All they good for is collecting fees

Unfortunately, the customer was cut off for non payment for water and sewer services. The last payment received prior to the termination of water services was December 14, 2021. The customer paid the bill and reconnection fee on 2/16/22 and water/sewer services were restored.Review from Nnamdi A

Worst utility company ever. They intentionally make paying your bill extremely difficult just to accost you with absurd fees. I wish options are available but alas there are none. Good luck to anyone who must deal with this extortion ring masquerading as a business.
